Return and Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

We provide refunds for eligible seminars, considering the following factors:
 Cancellation requests made within the required timeframe (see section 2).
 Technical issues that prevent access to paid seminars (subject to verification).
 Duplicate payments due to system errors.

Refunds are not guaranteed for completed seminars or late cancellations.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of seminar you registered for:

Live Online Seminars
 Full Refund: If canceled at least 48 hours before the seminar start time.
 Partial Refund (50%): If canceled within 24 hours before the seminar.
 No Refund: If you fail to attend the seminar without prior cancellation.

On-Demand Seminars (Pre-Recorded Sessions)
 Refunds Allowed: If you have not accessed the content and request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
 No Refund: Once the seminar has been fully accessed or downloaded.

Technical Issues
 If technical problems prevent you from accessing a seminar, contact our support team within 24 hours for troubleshooting.
 If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Duplicate Payments
 If you were charged multiple times for the same seminar, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

 Failure to Attend: No refunds for missed live seminars without prior cancellation.
 Accessed Content: Refunds are not available once an on-demand seminar has been fully accessed.
 Personal Preferences: Changes in personal circumstances or preference after purchase.
 Policy Violations: If access is revoked due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.

 Review Process: Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.

 Approval & Processing: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

5. Processing and Payment Methods
 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
 Processing typically takes 5-10 business days after approval.
 If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, check with your payment provider before contacting us.

We may update this Return and Refund Policy as needed. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
